Queensland Sustainability Declaration
NEWS: Building Stuff has reduced the prices for Queensland Sustainability Declarations

Building Stuff is able to assist home owners in completing the mandatory Sustainability Declaration that comes into force on 1 January 2010. The sustainabilty declaration must be filled out for every home in Queensland that is listed for sale. 

This declaration is given to your real estate agent to show prospective buyers what energy saving appliances and design elements are in your home. Buyers can then analyse whether your home is going to cost them more to operate than a similar property that they may be looking at.

As each property type is different we offer a sliding scale for fees based on the size of the property.

Small, Under 100m2 (1-2 bed) $75
Medium, 100-250m2 (3 bed) $95
Large, 250-350m2 (large 3 bed, small 4 bed) $125
Very Large, Over 350m2, POA
